Prom permissions slips AND guest forms are available outside room 518. Slips must be completed and submitted to begin the approval process. All students will be checked for obligations, tardies, absences, disciplinary referals and grades. If approved, instructions on how to purchase will be sent to the student’s OCPS email address. Approval can take up to 10 days. Please submit permission slips and guest forms together.
