Click here to find out how to see if you owe any obligations.

The Media Center is open for students from 7:00 am until 3:30pm on most school days. Our collection includes the classics and the latest fiction, non-fiction books for research or personal enjoyment, biographies, reference volumes for use in the Media Center, MP3 audio books, e-books, and a number of online databases, accessible both at school and at home.

Students can also visit the Lion’s Den during lunch with a pass from an administrator. We are always happy to assist the students in finding a book or maneuvering the Internet.

If a student is at home and needs to access our media management system, known as Destiny, he or she can log onto the Internet and point the browser to Once on the page with all of Orange County’s schools listed, find and click on the Lake Nona High School link. Links to our online databases and all the usernames and passwords needed are displayed on the home page.

If you wish to check our collection for a certain book or a topic you need to research, the catalog page will help you. Type a word in the search box and click on the appropriate icon. You will be able to see if what you are searching for is available and view information about the book or e-book. Reading and information are important elements needed to succeed in school and in the workplace and it is our work and our passion to help any and every student meet their own goals. Please feel free to contact the Media Center at 407-956-8308.
