Electronic Device Procedures for Students
A student may possess a cell phone on school property, at after school activities, and at school-related functions, provided that during school hours and on a school bus, the cell phone remains off and is concealed. Violations of this policy may result in confiscation of the cell phone and/or other disciplinary actions.
All Offenses - result in confiscation of device and parent notification through HERO e-mail system.
FAILURE TO SURRENDER ELECTRONIC DEVICE WILL RESULT IN A LEVEL III DISCIPLINARY INFRACTION.
At no time shall OCPS be responsible for theft, loss or damage to cell phones or other electronic devices brought onto its property.
Parents will be required to pick up cell phones at the designated time:
- Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM

Parents will need to check in at the front office, and will be directed to office 521.
- Appointments outside of these times will need to be arranged with designated dean.
- Grade 9 — Mrs. Landron
- Grade 10 — Mr. Tatarka
- Grade 11 — Mrs. Lafayette
- Grade 10 — Mr. Freund
